If you're experiencing issues when riding such as: tingling in your hands, neck pain, low back pain, pain 'hot spots' on your feet or pain in your knees; then a bike fit could really provide relief and help you enjoy cycling again. But not all bike fits, or bike fitters, are equal. I combine my experience and knowledge as a Physiotherapist and cyclist with further study I have pursued into the science of cycling. With the bike fit I perform, you will receive advice regarding making adjustments to your bike but beyond that, I will help educate you about how to get the most out of your body and your bike with variations in posture, foot position, technique and more.

All you need is your bike and an indoor trainer to attach it to.
