One of my passions in life is running. Long slow runs, race day, trail running, ParkRun...I love it all. So if you're keen to get into running but you're not sure how to start, or if you're an experienced runner trying to overcome a recurring injury or trying to run faster for longer, then the best place to start is with a running analysis. I pride myself on attention to detail with my running analysis and I'll help you with everything from footwear suggestions, to technique adjustments to drills you can practice and everything running-related.
